{"id":8467,"date":"2026-03-19T18:05:48","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T17:05:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/?p=8467"},"modified":"2026-03-19T18:06:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T17:06:31","slug":"samoussa-aux-blettes-et-a-la-feta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/recettes\/samoussa-aux-blettes-et-a-la-feta\/","title":{"rendered":"Samoussa aux blettes et \u00e0 la feta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ce qu&rsquo;il vous faut<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8 feuilles de bricks<br \/>300 g de blettes<br \/>2 \u0153ufs<br \/>150 g de feta<br \/>2 gousses d\u2019ail<br \/>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ce qu&rsquo;il faut faire<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0c \u00e0 chaleur tournante.<br \/>Tailler les blettes assez finement (1cm de large), les rincer.<br \/>Les mettre dans une po\u00eale chaude avec l\u2019huile, couvrir et cuire \u00e0 feu moyen 10 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<br \/>Peler et presser les gousses d\u2019ail.<br \/>Mettre les blettes, les \u0153ufs, la feta coup\u00e9e en gros morceaux et l\u2019ail dans le bol du robot mixeur. Mixer mais pas trop finement pour garder de la texture.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Couper les feuilles rondes de brick en deux. Plier une demi-feuille dans le sens de la longueur.<br \/>Mettre la farce sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis plier successivement en forme de triangle.
