Pelez les oignons jaunes et \u00e9mincez-les finement. Faites-les revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans le beurre. Salez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et poivrez \u00e0 votre convenance. Saupoudrez-les de farine et m\u00e9langez avec une spatule en bois. Ajoutez-les au bouillon de volaille chaud, couvrez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 30 min minimum (plus la cuisson sera longue, plus les saveurs se d\u00e9gageront). En fin de cuisson, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse et remuez doucement.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez la baguette en tron\u00e7ons. R\u00e9partissez-y le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et faites-les gratiner sous le gril du four pendant quelques minutes.
