{"id":715,"date":"2011-11-21T16:35:56","date_gmt":"2011-11-21T15:35:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/?p=707"},"modified":"2023-04-12T21:32:09","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T20:32:09","slug":"potage-de-celeri-au-bleu-dauvergne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/recettes\/potage-de-celeri-au-bleu-dauvergne\/","title":{"rendered":"Potage de c\u00e9leri au bleu d&rsquo;Auvergne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Potage de c\u00e9leri au bleu d&rsquo;Auvergne<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 boule de c\u00e9leri-rave<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>1 litre d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>100 g de bleu d\u2019Auvergne<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peler puis \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tailler le c\u00e9leri-rave en morceaux apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir lav\u00e9 sous l\u2019eau froide puis \u00e9pluch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Faire ensuite revenir dans une grande cocotte l\u2019oignon dans un peu d\u2019huile bien chaude pendant quelques minutes, \u00e0 feu doux et en couvrant la cocotte.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite les morceaux de c\u00e9leri-rave ainsi que l\u2019eau. Saler, bien m\u00e9langer puis porter la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser ensuite mijoter le potage \u00e0 couvert et \u00e0 petits bouillons pendant 25 mn, sur feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de cuisson, retirer la cocotte du feu, y ajouter \u00be du bleu d\u2019Auvergne bris\u00e9 en petits morceaux puis mixer le potage afin d\u2019obtenir un velout\u00e9.
