R\u00e2pez- les finement.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9pluchez l\u2019oignon et hachez-le. Ajoutez-le aux topinambours et la pomme de terre bio.<br \/>\nCassez et battez les \u0153ufs en omelette. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me de soja, la farine de quinoa, salez et poivrez.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 ce m\u00e9lange et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Formez 4 galettes avec vos mains.<\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer un filet d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale.
