{"id":5532,"date":"2017-03-09T11:17:10","date_gmt":"2017-03-09T10:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/?p=5532"},"modified":"2023-04-12T22:22:51","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T21:22:51","slug":"houmous-de-betterave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/recettes\/houmous-de-betterave\/","title":{"rendered":"Houmous de betterave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p>500 g de betteraves cuites, pel\u00e9es et refroidies (poids net), environ 2 moyennes<\/p>\n<p>70 g de tahini (p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same), environ 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<\/p>\n<p>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n<p>1 c.s. d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p>3 c.s. de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>3 c.c. de cumin moulu<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 c.c. de sel<\/p>\n<p>PREPARATION<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les betteraves en morceaux et mettez-les dans le bol d&rsquo;un mixeur ou d&rsquo;un blender<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le tahini, l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;huile, le jus de citron, le cumin et le sel, et mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ce soit compl\u00e8tement lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;huile si n\u00e9cessaire.
