Pendant ce temps, couper le chou en huit et le faire blanchir durant 10mn \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans l&rsquo;huile, ajouter le chou soigneusement \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et faire cuire \u00e0 feu assez vif durant 10mn. Ajouter les pommes coup\u00e9es en quartiers et poursuivre la cuisson durant 5mn en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
