{"id":4653,"date":"2015-11-04T14:25:07","date_gmt":"2015-11-04T13:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/?p=4653"},"modified":"2023-04-12T22:14:19","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T21:14:19","slug":"gateau-au-potiron-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/recettes\/gateau-au-potiron-2\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau au Potiron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GATEAU AU POTIRON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour 8 personne(s)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de potiron en d\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>220 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>200 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>75 g de beurre mou<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 s. de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 s. de citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PREPARATION<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez le potiron et coupez les en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez les dans un plat creux.<\/p>\n<p>Placez le plat dans le micro-ondes 2 x 15 minutes et m\u00e9langez entre deux, ajoutez le sucre, puis les oeufs,<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite la farine, le sel, la levure puis le beurre fondu, le citron et la fleur d&rsquo;oranger.<\/p>\n<p>Je fais cuire la p\u00e2te dans des moules en silicone.
