Faire suer les \u00e9chalotes dans l&rsquo;huile de tournesol, ajouter les poireaux \u00e9minc\u00e9s, faire fondre \u00e0 feu assez vif durant 15mn sans cesser de remuer. Ajouter le riz, le curcuma, sel et poivre, bien m\u00e9langer pour que tous les parfums se m\u00ealent. Ajouter l&rsquo;eau tr\u00e8s chaude, couvrir et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux durant 20mn.
