M\u00e9langez le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf avec le mascarpone. Battez le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf en neige et incorporez-le \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Assaisonnez et divisez en deux parties \u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;elle, incorporez la courge r\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e, dans l&rsquo;autre le gorgonzola \u00e9cras\u00e9 ou en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Emiettez 10g de noix au fond d&rsquo;une verrine. Recouvrez de la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la courge. Puis 10g de noix<\/p>\n<p>Puis \u00a0la pr\u00e9paration au gorgonzola.
