Le laver, puis le hacher grossi\u00e8rement. Peler et \u00e9mincer finement les pommes de terre. Peler et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon. R\u00e9unir tous ces ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole, ajouter la feuille de laurier, saler et poivrer. Verser le bouillon et ajouter le beurre en parcelles. Porte \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis couvrir, baisser le feu et laisser cuire doucement pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Passer alors le contenu de la casserole au mixeur. Remettre ensuite le potage dans la casserole et ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Faire r\u00e9chauffer doucement en remuant sans arr\u00eat. Go\u00fbter et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement, muscader l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et retirer la casserole du feu.
