Versez ensuite les l\u00e9gumes. Laissez cuire \u00e0 petit feu une petite dizaine de minutes pour la coloration.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le vin blanc, les clous de girofle et le sucre<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 5 minutes, ajoutez une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin et de 4 \u00e9pices. Attendez 5 minutes encore.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la coriandre fra\u00eeche si c&rsquo;est la saison ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9e.
