Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et la gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;huile, ajouter le r\u00f4ti de veau et le faire dorer de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ajouter les carottes coup\u00e9es en rondelles et les haricots \u00e9goutt\u00e9s. Bien remuer, ajouter le thym effeuill\u00e9, saler et poivrer. Couvrir et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux durant 10 mn.
