(Vous pouvez les \u00e9plucher apr\u00e8s cuisson c\u2019est plus facile)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Les plonger dans une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau froide sal\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Faire bouillir pendant environ 25 minutes (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau : il doit s&rsquo;enfoncer facilement).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Dans une casserole, faire fondre \u00e0 feu doux le beurre avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
