{"id":1822,"date":"2012-11-02T21:59:52","date_gmt":"2012-11-02T20:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/?p=1822"},"modified":"2023-04-12T22:00:35","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T21:00:35","slug":"gratin-de-quinoa-et-courge-butternut-par-marylyne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amapbiodevant.fr\/blog\/recettes\/gratin-de-quinoa-et-courge-butternut-par-marylyne\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de quinoa et courge butternut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u00a0par Marylyne<\/em><\/p>\n<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 courge butternut (environ 350g)<\/li>\n<li>250g de quinoa<\/li>\n<li>2 petits oignons<\/li>\n<li>2 C\u00e0S d&rsquo;huile<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre,cumin, noix de muscade<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>75 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>2 C\u00e0S de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9plucher la courge, couper en grosses rondelles et mettre \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 20 min. \u00c9mincer les oignons faire revenir avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire le quinoa, 20 min environ dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, \u00e9craser les rondelles de courge en pur\u00e9e grossi\u00e8re, ajouter le quinoa \u00e9goutt\u00e9, l&rsquo;oignon, saler poivrer et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer un appareil avec 3 \u0153ufs, le lait et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, saler, poivrer et ajouter un peu de cumin en poudre, de la noix de muscade et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
