Evider la partie basse et mettre toute la chair \u00e0 cuire 10mn dans le lait. Mixer, ajouter le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et la noix de muscade tout en poursuivant la cuisson \u00e0 feu doux, saler et poivrer. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four (th8). S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs et les monter en neige. Ajouter d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs puis les blancs. Verser la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la courge et le reste dans un plat beurr\u00e9 et mettre au four (th8) durant 10mn puis r\u00e9duire le thermostat \u00e0 6 et prolonger la cuisson durant 20mn.
