Coupez le brocoli en fleurettes et les cuire une quinzaine de minutes dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Les \u00e9goutter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, la levure et les oeufs puis d\u00e9layez avec la cr\u00e8me et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajoutez le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9, le jambon cru et le brocoli tout en m\u00e9langeant d\u00e9licatement.
