Avec un couteau, d\u00e9coupez le contour de la masse de p\u00e9pins. Puis avec une cuill\u00e8re, \u00f4tez cette masse centrale. Avec une fourchette, grattez la chair qui vient en forme de spaghetti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">4 Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, m\u00e9langez la chair de la courge, les lardons et la B\u00e9chamel.
