Peler l&rsquo;ail et retirer le germe. Ecraser le. Faire revenir les cubes de courgette et l&rsquo;ail dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pendant environ 3 minutes. Ajouter 25 cl d&rsquo;eau, le thym, saler et poivrer. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 petits bouillons pendant 7 minutes. Mixer la soupe, puis ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
