Versez-les dans un saladier. Arrosez-les de vinaigre. Salez-les et laissez-les mac\u00e9rer pour les attendrir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Faites durcir l\u2019\u0153uf pendant 10 min. Laissez-les refroidir dans l&rsquo;eau, puis \u00e9calez-les et coupez-les en quartiers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Pendant ce temps, \u00e9cossez les f\u00e8ves fra\u00eeches.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Dans une casserole, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 1 litre d&rsquo;eau froide, additionn\u00e9e de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sel. Ajoutez le brin de thym. Plongez les f\u00e8ves dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 5 min.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Versez alors les f\u00e8ves cuites dans une passoire et rincez-les longuement sous l&rsquo;eau froide pour stopper la cuisson. \u00c9gouttez-les et laissez-les refroidir, puis retirez la seconde peau.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un saladier avec les oignons. Ajoutez les f\u00e8ves, le fromage de ch\u00e8vre coup\u00e9 en petites lamelles ainsi que les rondelles d\u2019\u0153uf dur.
