Faites les tremper pendant une nuit. Rincez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante. Jetez l&rsquo;eau de trempage.<\/p>\n<p>Faites blanchir le lard sal\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant quelques minutes afin de le dessaler. Coupez-le en tranches. Dans le fond de la cocotte, d\u00e9posez les tranches de lard sal\u00e9, la moutarde, le coulis de tomates, l&rsquo;oignon. Couvrez d&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche. Laisser cuire doucement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte, mettre les haricots et un fond d\u2019eau saler et poivrer.
