Le ramassage de l\u00e9gumes se limitera aux choux et salades (batavias rouges de serres)<br \/>\nD&rsquo;une extr\u00eame douceur sur une longue p\u00e9riode, nous sommes pass\u00e9s \u00e0 un temps sib\u00e9rien. M\u00eame si cela parait un peu d\u00e9risoire, nous avons prot\u00e9g\u00e9 les cultures du mieux possible. Mais beaucoup de plantes ne pourront s&rsquo;adapter: les artichauts, les navets, radis et certaines salades qui \u00e9taient tous en pleine croissance, ne r\u00e9sistent pas \u00e0 -10 , -12\u00b0 au sol. Nous res\u00e8merons ces plantes d\u00e8s que possible.
